FaceGym launches franchise model with 28 UK studio expansion plan
FaceGym is rolling out a new franchise model as part of plans to open 28 UK beauty studios over the next three years, marking a major expansion drive for the facial fitness brand.
The company, which describes itself as a pioneer of “facial fitness”, said the move represents a significant step in scaling its results-focused skincare concept through franchising and wider international growth.
The next phase of expansion will begin with four new studio openings before the end of June, located at Grand Arcade in Cambridge, George Street in Richmond, Broadgate Liverpool Street in London, and King Street in Manchester.
FaceGym said the franchise opportunities have been designed to support experienced operators capable of delivering the brand’s signature studio experience while maintaining consistency, performance standards and customer service.
The business positions itself at the intersection of beauty, wellness and science-led skincare, offering facial workouts and treatments aimed at delivering visible results through non-invasive techniques.
CEO Angelo Castello said: “This marks a significant milestone in FaceGym’s evolution as we move into a new phase of scalable growth through franchising.
“What’s critical for us is partnering with operators who not only bring strong knowledge of the local market, but who truly understand and believe in FaceGym’s methodology.
“The calibre of partners we are launching with reflects that ambition, and we see this as just the beginning of a much larger global expansion.”
The expansion follows increased international investment activity around the brand. Last year, Reliance Retail acquired a strategic minority stake in FaceGym, supporting plans to launch standalone studios across India alongside sites within selected Tira beauty stores.
FaceGym has also continued expanding internationally through partnerships, including its 2023 launch into Australia and New Zealand with beauty retailer Mecca.
The latest rollout signals growing momentum for franchise opportunities within the beauty and wellness sector, as brands increasingly look to franchising to accelerate regional and international expansion.
