With their diverse backgrounds and shared mission to help business owners achieve sustainable growth, they are already making a significant impact.
Meet Vern Dercksen and Kieran Harris
Vern Dercksen, originally from South Africa, brings a unique blend of experience in theology, sales, operations, and entrepreneurship. After relocating to the UK in 2018, he took on senior leadership roles, including overseeing multiple Costa Coffee stores and launching his own web development business. His passion for coaching and mentoring led him to join ActionCOACH in January 2025, and he now leads a growing firm across Crawley, Horsham, Gatwick, and the wider Sussex region.
Kieran Harris, based in King’s Lynn, has a background in teaching and a 20-year leadership career in logistics and operations. He has always been passionate about developing teams and helping people become successful. After completing his initial training with ActionCOACH in early 2025, Kieran quickly won his first clients and has since welcomed 12 new clients across various ActionCOACH product offerings.
A Strong Start for Both Franchise Partners
Both Vern and Kieran have made a strong start, with early seminars and launch activity already converting into new clients. Vern’s launch event was vital in putting himself out there, and he quickly secured 5 clients, providing the foundations to help him continue to grow. Kieran’s debut seminar was also a success, and he has since welcomed 12 new clients across various ActionCOACH product offerings.
