Terms & Conditions — Little Music Stars

Understanding the Terms and Conditions of Little Music Stars

As a parent, it’s essential to understand the terms and conditions of any activity or class your child participates in. Little Music Stars, a music-based program for young children, has established a set of guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. In this article, we’ll break down the key points of their terms and conditions, providing you with a clear understanding of what to expect.

First and foremost, it’s crucial to recognize that parents are responsible for their children throughout Little Music Stars sessions. This means that you, as a parent, are expected to supervise and care for your child during the classes. Additionally, if you need to miss a session, you can make up for it during your 6-week (or 5-week) block of classes, provided you notify the organizers in advance and there is available space in another class.

Missed Sessions and Cancellations

In the event of a missed session, parents can attend a different class, subject to availability. However, missed classes cannot be carried over into another term. If Little Music Stars needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, they will attempt to make up for the missed session by adding an extra class at the end of the term or carrying over the missed session to the following term. If this is not feasible, a refund will be offered.

It’s also important to note that refunds will only be issued if you have given 1 week’s notice before a term begins. After this period, no refunds will be given, except in exceptional circumstances. This policy is in place because your booking takes up a space in the class that could have been filled by another family.

Classroom Etiquette and Health Guidelines

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all participants, food is not allowed in class, except for breastfeeding or bottle feeding. This policy helps maintain a clean and distraction-free environment, allowing children to focus on the music and activities. Additionally, if your child is ill, please keep them home and avoid attending classes. You can always make up for the missed session later, provided you give sufficient notice and there is availability in another class.

During classes, adult talking should be kept to a minimum to allow children to engage fully with the activities. This helps create a conducive learning environment, where children can enjoy and participate in the music-based program without distractions.

By understanding and adhering to these terms and conditions, you can help create a positive and enjoyable experience for your child and others in the Little Music Stars program. For more information, please visit Here
