With a strong technical background, including a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification, Fawaz brings a unique combination of skills to the table. He has also completed City & Guilds professional appliance repair training, preparing him to tackle complex faults quickly and efficiently. As Fawaz explained, “That technical mindset is invaluable in appliance repair. When something breaks down at home, people want it diagnosed properly and fixed fast so life can get back to normal.”
