Cooks CoffeeCompany, the owner and operator of the Esquires Coffee brand, has announced a strong increase in sales, reporting total system revenues of £21.82 million for the nine months ending 31 December 2025.

The figure represents a 28.6% year-on-year increase, supported by solid like-for-like growth of 5.1% in the UK, highlighting continued momentum in the branded coffee sector.

UK and Ireland Deliver Robust Results

In the UK, total system sales rose sharply, with Q4 2025 revenues increasing by 18.3%. Like-for-like sales in the final quarter also grew by 2%, reflecting sustained customer demand across the network.

Meanwhile, Esquires Coffee’s Irish operations delivered equally impressive results. Total system sales in Ireland climbed 27.7% to £4.37 million, while Q4 performance saw revenues rise 26.8%, supported by like-for-like growth of 3.4%.

By the end of 2025, store sales reached £28.54 million in the UK and £12.77 million in Ireland, underlining the brand’s expanding market presence.

Growth Driven by Strong Coffee Shop Market

Cooks Coffee Company attributed its performance to the continued strength of the UK’s branded coffee shop sector. Industry data from Allegra World Coffee Portal showed that outlet numbers increased by 3.5% in 2025, alongside a 5.5% rise in total sales value.

The company said this favourable market environment, combined with strong franchise performance and growing consumer demand, has supported sustained growth across its UK and Irish estate.

Positive Outlook for Esquires Coffee

With rising store revenues, improving like-for-like sales, and a buoyant coffee shop market, Cooks Coffee Company remains optimistic about Esquires Coffee’s future prospects.

The business continues to focus on network expansion, operational efficiency, and brand development, positioning itself for further growth in 2026 and beyond.
