My Property Pros Celebrates a Standout 2025 with Impressive Growth and Awards
As the UK’s first and only national exterior cleaning franchise, My Property Pros (MPP) is closing out 2025 on a high note. The company has secured multiple industry awards and expanded its nationwide network to 22 franchises, marking an impressive 50.3% uplift in growth for the brand. This momentum is reflected in the latest Elite Franchise Top 100 rankings, with MPP climbing five places to rank among the UK’s top home maintenance franchises, reinforcing its position as exterior cleaning specialists.
Franchise Partners Driving Growth
One of the newest faces in the MPP network is Aidan Davis, who joined in April at just 24 years old. Within four months, and supported by his father, who also has an MPP franchise, Aidan has his sights set on bringing MPP across the whole of Northern Ireland. But Aidan isn’t the only one helping drive the brand forward. This year saw the franchise launch in Scotland for the very first time, bringing MPP to the East & Midlothian region. Meanwhile, the Bournemouth franchise entered a new chapter of growth under the leadership of Stuart Smart.
Awards and Recognition
Alongside national expansion, MPP has been recognised repeatedly throughout 2025. Wins include accolades at the Business Awards UK 2025 and the LUXlife Home and Garden Awards, where MPP was awarded Nationwide Exterior Cleaning Business of the Year 2025. Additionally, MPP was recognised at the CorporateLiveWire – Innovation and Excellence Awards for Exterior Cleaning Company of the Year. Regionally, the Newport franchise proudly took home Best Cleaning Service 2025 at the Best of Welsh Business Awards, while Mark Field of MPP Central Bedfordshire was crowned the UK’s Window Cleaner of the Year 2025 by the Federation of Window Cleaners (FWC).
