Our Online Learning Platform
We’re proud to offer our second and latest version of our online virtual learning platform, Pitman Campus. Launched in August 2016, this platform takes into account the feedback and learnings from our previous version, which was launched in 2010. Pitman Campus provides students with a uniform experience, regardless of their location or circumstances. The benefits for our franchise partners include an enhanced student experience, reduced software and hardware costs, and a streamlined student enrollment process.
Customer Relationship Management System
In 2016, we invested in a modern, customized customer management system, Microsoft Dynamics. This system has been tailored to fit the workflows of our franchise network, providing our partners with a world-class tool to manage their sales and customer interactions. We’ve also provided training and support to ensure our partners get the most out of this system. The benefits include increased sales conversion rates and average selling prices, as well as improved customer engagement and retention.
In-House Training Materials
We develop over 80% of our training materials in-house, which has enabled us to maintain the high quality and vocational focus of our courses. Our materials are designed to be engaging and interactive, providing students with the job-ready skills they need to succeed. We’re continually testing new methods to improve the student experience, while maintaining the alignment of our courses to relevant qualifications and sound principles of learning.
Support and Guidance
We understand the importance of providing students with access to good support and guidance when needed. Our franchise partners recruit for a number of roles, including supervisors, who play a crucial role in supporting students. We’ve found that our well-researched and developed training materials minimize the need for supervisor and student interaction, although this can vary from student to student.
