Fortidia UK has welcomed Naz Sen as its new Network Sales & Operations Manager, further strengthening support for franchise partners across its three leading brands, enhancing the overall Fortida UK Franchise experience.
Operating from its headquarters in Accrington, Fortidia manages Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options in the UK. Together, the brands support more than 260 franchisees and generate combined annual revenues of £80 million, delivering ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to businesses and consumers nationwide, all under the Fortida UK Franchise umbrella.
In his new role, Naz leads the Network Sales & Operations (NSO) team, working closely with franchisees across all three brands to provide practical operational guidance and help partners grow sustainable, profitable businesses as part of the Fortida UK Franchise.
Naz brings over ten years’ experience in the franchise sector, having launched a franchised brand from inception and held senior leadership roles including Franchise Support Manager and UK Head of Operations. His background includes supporting both high-growth and established networks to improve performance and scale successfully.
Speaking about his appointment, Naz said:
“The NSO team works across the UK, supporting our network operationally and helping franchisees make the best use of the resources available to them.
“Each of our brands serves a distinct market and appeals to different types of entrepreneurs. Mail Boxes Etc. supports SMEs with logistics, print and packing services, offering strong B2B opportunities and acting as a hub for local business communities.
“PACK & SEND focuses on the safe transport of fragile, large and valuable items and, as an approved LAPADA service provider, is a trusted partner to the art and antiques sector worldwide.
“World Options offers a flexible, home-based franchise model, supported by more than 100 offices, providing customers with a complete shipping solution and dedicated account management.
“While each brand operates differently, people are always at the heart of what we do. Our role is to help franchise partners achieve their personal and business goals, whether that’s building a long-term asset, creating sustainable income, or growing a multi-site enterprise.”
Naz’s appointment reflects Fortidia’s ongoing commitment to investing in its support teams and providing franchise partners with the tools, expertise and guidance they need to succeed.
