Bluebird Care Appoints New Director of Quality and Care
Bluebird Care, a leading provider of home care services, has announced the appointment of Vicki Gidalla as its new Director of Quality and Care. With over two decades of experience as a Registered Adult Nurse, Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, having worked at the heart of community care transformation.

Vicki will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and care enhancement across Bluebird Care’s UK and Ireland network of over 220 franchised businesses. Her role will involve implementing new advancements and technologies to deliver best practice care, ensuring that every aspect of care delivery feels truly premium. With her experience in clinical leadership, quality assurance, and operations management, Vicki is well-equipped to drive quality and care excellence across the network.
Prior to joining Bluebird Care, Vicki held senior roles at Acacium Group and Nurseplus UK, where she developed a strong track record of combining creativity with critical thinking and building trust-based relationships. Her approach to quality and care is centered around putting the individual at the heart of care delivery, ensuring that each customer has freedom of choice and receives care that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
