20th Year Rebrand & New Care Service Lines Introduced

Bluebird Care Unveils New Brand Identity and Expanded Service Lines

As a leading national home care provider, Bluebird Care has announced the launch of its new brand, accompanied by the introduction of several new service lines, as the franchised home care network celebrates its 20th anniversary. The provider’s new premium look is underpinned by the strapline “it’s good to be home”, reflecting their commitment to delivering exceptional, premium-quality care.

The refreshed identity includes a sleek new logo, a redesigned website, updated uniforms and car wraps, and revitalised brand assets that reaffirm Bluebird Care’s dedication to enhancing the care experience for the people it supports.

Expanded Service Lines and Enhanced Care Experience

As part of this exciting new chapter, Bluebird Care is expanding its offer to customers to include dedicated complex care and live-in care services across all 220 of their businesses. Additionally, they will introduce complementary health and wellbeing checks for complex care and live-in care customers, and plan to introduce children’s services to their offer later this year. These new services will enable Bluebird Care to provide people and families across the UK with high-quality support throughout their entire care journey.

Through the new service offerings, and a new employee value proposition and training programme, Bluebird Care Professionals will be equipped to support their customers with vital healthcare tasks, including essential health monitoring services such as oxygen saturation levels and blood pressure checks. Furthermore, using their bespoke training from Alzheimer’s Society, Bluebird Care’s team members will be more equipped than ever to spot early signs of dementia and put in place specialist support that can prevent distressing and costly hospital admissions.

A New Era for Bluebird Care

The news of the new brand identity and expansion of services comes as Bluebird Care celebrates achieving over 10% growth across the franchise network in the past year. Jonathan Gardner, Chief Executive of Bluebird Care, expressed his pride in the team’s hard work and passion, stating that the brand launch is setting the stage for another transformative year for the organisation. Rebecca Zartarian, Director and Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire and Bluebird Care Trafford, also shared her excitement about being part of a fresh, dynamic network with a bright future ahead.
