Founded in Cornwall by Tom Stringer and John Pearce, Oltco has built a strong reputation for transforming residential and commercial outdoor spaces with premium resin-bound installations. Its award-winning Recycle Bound solution was the world’s first driveway product made using recycled waste plastic such as straws, food packaging and plastic bottles. Installations using the material have enabled Oltco to reuse the equivalent of over one billion plastic straws through Recycle Bound surfaces.
